1. Operator

Brain of Business ("BoB" or the "Service") is operated by Amica mea s.r.o., Company ID: 11638915, Zenklova 24/54, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@brainofbusiness.com

2. Description of Service

BoB is an AI-powered business decision assistant provided as SaaS at https://bobapp.pro, including SWOT analysis, meeting notes, CRM, and business framework tools.

3. Account Registration

A valid email address is required. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person unless your plan allows teams.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Current pricing is available at https://brainofbusiness.com
• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• We do not offer refunds for used subscription periods, except for service failures on our part

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to distribute illegal or misleading content, attack infrastructure, scrape data, or circumvent technical restrictions.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

All AI outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. We make no warranties as to accuracy or completeness. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Anthropic, Vercel) or force majeure.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service belong to us or our licensors. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service in anonymised form.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be resolved by the Municipal Court in Prague. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
